Great instructor – it is hard to find an Iyengar instructor so she is very special! And I like the feeling of the studio – I can get a response to my questions quickly via email and it feels friendly unlike many studios that are mass production and “buy more classes“ mode.

Great sound bath, from performance to acoustics. Quiet class participants, meaningful ceremony, strong presence of Divinity, funny humor in the music. Especially great was how Adriana had a variety of beautiful singing voices.

It was a very good workshop. The focus on the hip was very important for me. Despite a packed attendance, Erika did a fantastic job keeping us on track and helping guide us through the exercises. We covered a lot. Excellent!
