Tracy discovered her passion for fitness in her early teens. She has been a certified personal trainer since 2003 And since then has made it her mission to help others reach their fitness goals. Being a mother of 2 boys she knows that being fit is about more than heavy lifting; it's about functionality. Not only would TRX help make her a better athlete and mom but it would allow her to be a better Coach to her clients. Tracy become a TRX Certified Coach in 2013. Now, she's been teaching and coaching TRX for 2 years and truly has an infectious energy in her style. She hopes to not only get you to sweat when you take her class, but she wants people to leave feeling like they can achieve anything. Every class should be approached with intent and purpose. Tuesdays @ 6am: TRX Cardio Circuit:
This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class. Have fun and watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jump rope and burpees, then move to the straps for a round of intense strength work.
Wednesdays @ 11:15am & Fridays @ 10:45am: TRX Body Blast:
Burn calories, tone muscle with this Strength and endurance workout. Fire up your core, hit every major muscle group and get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training workout.
