Sarah enjoyed her first dance class at age 5 and began practicing yoga over 15 years ago as she entered the path of motherhood. Yoga brings her balance, equanimity and connection. She embraces the wisdom teachings, which root the physical practice. Sarah's teaching focuses on alignment and breath, building strength and flexibility. She encourages you to connect to the practice in each moment, with each breath. Sarah holds a 500 hr YogaWorks TT certification, Maritza's 100 hour “Grace and Guts”, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is inspired by many teachers and also learns much from her students, family and friends!
