This class is designed to relax and unwind your body, heart and mind from the stresses of daily life. The Yoga is slow and simple, and the mindfulness offered throughout class replenishes the heart and mind. We close class with a guided meditation. Each class will help you move, breath and connect with yourself! This is a perfect class for beginners and those wanting a slow, meditative and gentle yoga class. This is an all levels class, especially open for ages 50+, those suffering from chronic illness or injuries, and those newer to yoga.
Donna Simonsen is a Registered Yoga Teacher: 300 Hours YogaWorks Teacher Training Program and 200 Hour Dharma Yoga Teacher Training Program. Also 100 Hour Yoga of the Heart – Cardiac and Cancer Certification Training. She is also a nature guide and leads Hiking Adventures for Women and Leisure Walks in Marin County.
