Charlene is inspired by her passion to teach and nurture others. Her classes flow with breath and with an emphasis on safe alignment. With love and compassion she eases her students into a mind-body connection, helping them find a quieter state of mind and therefore a deeper sense of relaxation.

She has been blessed to train with some amazing teachers. Her certifications include Yoga Alliance 200RYT with Ana Forrest, Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Yoga Alliance 500RYT with Yogaworks mentors Erika Trice and Eka Ekong and Chair Yoga with Lakshmi Voelker.

Charlene is grateful to her teachers, John Berlinsky and Lea Watkins for their love and support in her own personal practice of Ashtanga Mysore. It is through her own personal practice that she has come to appreciate the power of breath, the mind-body connection and a daily practice.
